ICON Performance Award
Across the country, in large communities and small alike, there exist real estate organizations that stand out; organizations that aren’t simply doing “business as usual,” but rather, those that are innovating, adapting and contributing to the success of their consumers or members while constantly improving themselves for the future. We at RECON recognize the tremendous value of these organizations and have, accordingly, created an award – the ICON Performance Award – which is given to one of these outstanding organizations at every ICON conference.
We are pleased to begin the ICON Performance Award program by honoring our longtime friends and clients in Missoula, Montana: Mae Hassman and the rest of the incredibly innovative team with the not-so-small Missoula Organization of REALTORS® (MOR).
MOR and its leaders have been pushing the edge of the association service envelope for years. Although there are many cutting edge programs that MOR has initiated, they earn the ICON Performance Award for their inspiring efforts and vision in implementing a community building program that, not only helped to further the position and influence of the Association and, as a result, its members, but, more to the point as they would tell you, they helped their wonderful community of Missoula to begin to tackle important issues with the civility and neighborly effort that have been the hallmark of the community for years. We honor MOR and its tremendous team of association leaders with this, our first ICON Performance Award.
