Innovation Connection
ICON, or the Innovation Connection, is RECON’s client membership program. When an organization becomes a RECON client, it joins RECON’s community of clients established through free membership in the Innovation Connection program.
We at RECON are incredibly proud of the ICON program, and have found that our clients enjoy a tremendous competitive advantage through it. In addition to providing clients with access to the very latest and cutting edge information on industry happenings, ICON clients also receive information on management solutions and other mission critical data through ICON programs that are used by RECON clients to further their organizational agendas. The other tremendous benefit to membership in ICON is the free exchange of ideas and solutions, that occurs between ICON members, at twice yearly forums facilitated by RECON President Jeremy Conaway.
ICON promotes the agendas of RECON clients through meetings held twice a year in conjunction with the National Association of REALTORS® conferences. In order to contain costs, ICON forums are typically held before the NAR meetings begin, and in the same city as the NAR meetings. This way RECON clients who are already attending the NAR conference need only incur an additional stay in a hotel as the total program expense.
ICON is a wonderful program that is free to the senior staff of all RECON clients, and provides our clients with additional industry information and access to resources not otherwise available outside the RECON community.
