Sheila Bell - Specialist

With nearly 20 years in the real estate business, Sheila Bell has been licensed in five states throughout the Midwest and South. Having been affiliated with both large and small brokerage firms, she is well acquainted with the challenges and benefits of each from both the management perspective as well as a sales associate.

From a successful sales career, Sheila became an office manager in a large firm. Coaching her agents to success, the office transitioned from economic failure to economic growth and stability.

As the training director for two large independent firms, Sheila has trained and coached hundreds of newly licensed associates to achieve consistent results from skills she learned and employed.

As a program designer, a consultant to individuals and companies, an author and consultant for legal counsel, Sheila has continually contributed to the real estate industry.

As a participant in the REALTOR® organization, Sheila has served on many committees and subcommittees at the local, state and national levels. She has served in leadership positions at both the local Board level as well as the State association and was honored as 2005 REALTOR® of the Year by Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS®.

As an educator/trainer, Sheila concentrates on Fair Housing issues specializing in disability and diversity training. Other areas of concentration include ethics, agency, risk management and technology having recently become a Certified e-PRO® Trainer. Her current research on disability is being incorporated into a state association project that is being designed for use by all licensees.

Sheila holds the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRB (Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate, REALTORS® Institute) and e-PRO®. She is an approved instructor for the ABR (Real Estate Buyer Agency Council), At Home with Diversity (NAR), GRI (Ohio and Texas) and the Kentucky Core Course among others.

Among other activities, Sheila Currently sits on the boards of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers and, locally, Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled (LADD).

Sheila is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Spanish and continues to support the great university as an active member of the local chapter of the Texas Exes.
